Allison brings more than a decade of legal and executive experience to her motor vehicle accident and slip and fall practice. As former Executive Vice President and General Counsel of a national logistics company operating across 28 states, she spent years on the other side of the table - negotiating directly with insurance carriers, evaluating liability exposure, and managing complex commercial claims. She knows how insurers assess cases, how adjusters build their files, and where leverage lies.
